Level Event is a private company which is located in Turkey. Our mission is to promote a collaboration with foreign exhibitions and show producers, as well as event companies to perform and organise exhibitions, events and shows in Turkey and the Middle East.
Running with major events, shows and exhibitions around the world requires a dedicated team of in-house staff and trusted external suppliers. Level Event knows the value of effective and transparent budget management and as your solution partner or agent, we offer alternative route or solutions with their budgets.
Once a destination is officially selected, our service starts with procurement and the negotiation of key contracts with major suppliers such as the venue centers, media, hotels, audio/visual , decorators, security, ticketing and logistics companies. In addition, we will meet with the government and local industry leaders in order to secure sufficient support for the project.
As a financially stable company, we offer pre-financing, and in some cases, risk share contracts. Development and management of the budget, management of sponsorship and registration incomes, VAT handling and invoicing, site inspections, preparing bid documents and execution from bid to reporting are some other major services we provide.
